The Company

Marsh Farmer is a specialist healthcare recruitment company serving the UK and Middle East healthcare sectors, supporting both private and public healthcare providers.

The Project

Marsh Farmer, a health recruitment agency which formed in mid-2019, selected ShakerMaker to rebrand the organisation. During startup, the business directors quickly produced the company identity on a logo design website before quickly realising this was not fit for purpose.

The rebrand project commenced with a scoping meeting to understand what the owners hoped to convey with a new identity. With professionalism top of that list, ShakerMaker put together three visuals to select from, before refining the chosen design for use in all environments, with full-colour, white and dark variants created. Following this, a series of brand consistent social post and banner templates were created.

Then came the task of developing the company website incorporating the newly created brand.

The process began with a scoping meeting with business Director’s Alex and Steve, where a project brief was constructed following analysis of competitors, desired functionality and user experience. This saw ShakerMaker develop a clean, user-friendly and device responsive website which is already delivering on the candidate and client reach objectives.

ShakerMaker has continued to support MarshFarmer with various other digital marketing initiatives including social media management, LinkedIn and Facebook pay-per-click advertising to capture prospective candidates and print design for brochures and other collateral.
